Occasion: All naval specialists wear this uniform
except when working in a situation where officers deem a
coverall more appropriate.
Cover: Specialists wear round hat with a white or
dove grey ribbon on which the ship name is embroidered.
Description: A short, collarless single breasted
navy blue jacket is worn with a single row of metallic buttons
is worn
over a shirt with blue and white horizontal stripes. Black
trousers and oxford shoes are also worn with this uniform.
