The Fleet Mark VI Service Pistol replaced the Fleet Mark
III/V and Fleet Mark IV pistols in March of 3003 as the standard
issue sidearm for all officers in the Royal Naval Service.
The Mark VI is the first multi-mode pulse pistol to be put
in service with the RNS. For the first time, a non-lethal
stun mode and a lethal pulse mode have been included in the
same weapon. This makes the Fleet Mark VI more cost-effective
and efficient than previous models.
Features
- Combined pulse and stun modes.
- Charge indicator will flash red when weapon is charged
in pulse mode, yellow when weapon is charged in stun mode.
- Power pack release button positioned for easy use.
- Audible alarm can be enabled to warn of low power and
to indicate when pistol is charged.
- Easy-to-use laser targetting system: pulling the trigger
halfway activates the targetting laser; pulling the trigger
all the way fires the weapon.
- Ergonomically designed rubber grip.
