Ranks
This page includes both PHS ranks and their RNS equivalents. In general, the PHS ranks are only used internally; members of the PHS are addressed by their RNS equivalent ranks. So a Senior Officer would be addressed "Captain" and the Surgeon General would be addressed "Admiral."
