Regisan

Warning

Regisan has been suspended from the market. The Drug Safety Authority has received evidence questioning the safety of this drug. All patients who are currently taking Regisan should discuss alternatives with their physicians. Phase IV research report

Usage

Regisan is used to treat the symptoms of Isherwood syndrome. There is no cure for Isherwood syndrome, but Regisan is used to manage the symptoms.

How to use

Take by mouth once daily or as prescribed by your doctor. This medication is best taken with good and a full glass of water. Do not lie down for thirty minutes after taking this medication. Do not break or crush capsules.

Side effects

Regisan has a low incidence of side effects. The most common side effect is nausea. If this condition persists or worsens, contact your physician or pharmacist. Tell your physician immediately if you develop any of these unlikely symptoms: raised blood pressure, serious migraine headaches, stomach pains. This drug may rarely cause serious stomach bleeding.

Precautions

Notify your physician of any known allergies to other drugs. Notify your physician of all prescription and non-prescription medication you are on. Limit your intake of alcohol or tobacco while on this medication.

This drug should not be used if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.

Your doctor may order regular blood tests during the course of your treatment.

Regisan should not be given to Specialists.

Notes

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the dose and resume your normal schedule. Do not double doses.

Regisan should be stored away from direct light at room temperature. Do not store it in the bathroom. Keep Regisan away from children, pets and Specialists.
