Ritter Pools
Freshwater Aquatic Life

Located just outside the entrance to the Sivadian National Aquarium, the Ritter Pools feature examples of Sivad's freshwater aquatic life.

From the whimsical antfish to the fearsome-looking but mostly harmless scorpion-crab, the animals of this exhibit are sure to delight young and old alike.

Additionally, the Ritter Pools feature examples of native Sivadian aquatic plant life that provide food for the inhabitants of the pools and filter the water. In fact, the Ritter Pools are almost completely self-contained ecosystems.

We have files on this site with more information about the antfish and the scorpion-crab.
